Ownership

Device Ownership and Eligibility

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the projector you are selling.
You confirm that your device is not on a payment plan and is free of any liens.
You agree to provide accurate information about the device you are submitting.
You agree that your device must be eligible for transfer to a new owner.
As a US-based company, we expect devices to match standard US market specifications. Items received with non-US configurations may receive adjusted pricing due to reduced resale demand or limited parts compatibility.

Condition

We evaluate the condition of your projector based on how it arrives, not how it was described at the time of the quote.
We buy fully functional projectors. A projector is considered fully functional if it powers on and produces a clean, usable image.
Condition grades range from Brand New to Flawless, Good, Fair, and Poor and reflect the overall state of the projector.
If your projector arrives in a different condition than quoted, a deduction may be applied based on what is found at inspection.

Quotes

All quotes are estimates until the device is received and inspected.
We cannot guarantee your final payout will match your original quote. Please describe your device accurately for the smoothest transaction.
Your payout cannot exceed the original quoted amount.
We offer free returns in all cases, whether you decline the offer, change your mind, or find a better deal elsewhere.
If we adjust your offer after inspection, you are not required to accept it. We will either return your device for free or honor the original quote at our discretion.
If market conditions or inspection findings require a change in offer, we reserve the right to renegotiate.
Once payout is issued, your device will be processed and cannot be returned. No cancellations will be accepted after payout has been made.

Shipping

You agree to ship your device within a reasonable timeframe. Delays may result in offer cancellation or price adjustment at our discretion.
We are not responsible for damages or lost packages during the shipping process, including return shipping.
UPS and USPS labels include up to $100 of default carrier insurance. Coverage is subject to carrier approval and factors such as packaging method and shipping materials. We are not responsible for claims that are denied.
We provide a prepaid shipping label for sending your projector to us. If you prefer to use your own label for insurance purposes, that is acceptable, but it must be addressed directly to our facility in Richmond, MN. We do not accept packages shipped to a carrier location and hand-delivered or dropped off at our door.
If you decline our offer for any reason, we will ship your projector back to you at no cost.
Shipping materials, including the original box and packing materials, may be discarded upon receipt. We are not responsible for returning them.
If your projector has any streaming apps or accounts logged in, don’t worry, everything is cleared upon receipt.

Communication

Once your quote is placed, everything can be managed through your SellAProjector.com account, from printing your shipping label to communicating with our inspection team and tracking your quote status.
Email updates are sent at key stages of your transaction. If you are not receiving our emails, please check your spam or junk folder. We are not responsible for emails that do not reach your inbox.
If your offer is adjusted after inspection, we will notify you and follow up with courtesy reminders if we do not hear back. If we do not receive a response after reminders have been sent, the adjusted offer will be processed and the projector will no longer be eligible for return.

Payout

We offer payouts via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Amazon eGift Card, or check.
If PayPal is selected, you agree to accept any applicable PayPal transfer fees.
If check is selected, you agree to cash it within 90 days. Checks not cashed within that window may be voided.
You are responsible for providing accurate payout account details at checkout. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts based on information you provided.

Legal

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or market-based value changes at any point during the transaction.
By using our service, you agree not to access SellAProjector.com using automated tools such as bots, scripts, or web crawlers.
These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
By checking the box “I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions” during checkout, you agree to be bound by these terms.
