Condition grades run from Brand New down to Flawless, Good, Fair, and Poor. Be honest. If your projector comes in better than you reported, great. If it comes in worse, we’ll let you know before anything is settled.
Once you submit your projector, a prepaid shipping label is generated through your account. We provide both a UPS and USPS label, so use whichever carrier is most convenient and drop it off at the matching location. Shipping is completely free.
Pack it well. Use the original box if you have it, or a sturdy double-walled box with plenty of padding. Projectors are heavy and the optics are fragile. A projector that arrives damaged due to poor packaging may affect your offer.
